Rates for 2008 MODIFIED AMERICAN PLAN

*Pricing is based on the first guest, additional guests $25.00 per person over 16. Less than 16 stay free. One child per adult. BOAT RENTALS

QUOTED IN CANADIAN FUNDS. * VISITORS TO CANADA CAN CLAIM A REFUND OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES TAX. *There is a 10% discount on medium season and 20% discount on low season for weekly guests only Modified American Plan includes dinner, overnight accommodations in a private chalet plus breakfast. All meals are ordered from our Table d'hote menu unless the dining room is featuring a buffet. Additional items may be ordered from the menu at the prices shown. Deposit Policy: The Resort requires the first night's rental for each chalet & number of guests booked for confirmation of a booking. A reservation is NOT considered confirmed without this payment unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations after 48 hours from time of booking are subject to a $15.00 service charge. After 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the booking deposit (as above) is non refundable. No refund for early departure - the Resort does not overbook so the cancellation policy must be strictly enforced!: If a cancellation for medical or family bereavement reasons is substantiated in writing with appropriate documentation, we will honour the individual deposit. Deposit Refunds will be made in the tender given. Payment may be made by cash, certified cheque, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX or travellers cheques. Personal cheques will not be accepted at the Resort or as a booking deposit 21 days prior to arrival. Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Power outages: Yesterdays is not responsible or liable for any inconvenience caused by power outages or any other occurrence of nature beyond the Resort's control. Group Bookings: Our chefs require a definite food guarantee 21 working days prior to your function. The customer will be billed for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number served, whichever is higher. Payment to be made within 30 days or will be subject to a surcharge. Pet Policy - $25.00 will be charged if you have a pet in your chalet. Customers are responsible for all damages caused by their pets.
